Who Can Apply?

Be Tanzanian citizens under the age of 35.
Have secured admission to an accredited tertiary institution.
Be full-time students with no formal income.
Have completed ACSEE or equivalent qualifications between 2021 and 2025.
Not have defaulted on previous loans (or must have repaid at least 25%).

Loan allocations will be communicated through the Student’s Individual Permanent Account (SIPA). Those unsatisfied with their loan outcomes can file an appeal from 1st to 15th November 2025 at no additional cost.
