The Secretary of the Employment Secretariat in the Public Service, on behalf of Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH), wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from 6th May 2025 to 21st May 2025. Successful candidates will be assigned to their respective workstations.
Instruction for Interviewee
Interview Dates & Venue:
- The interviews will be conducted on the specified dates. Each cadre has been assigned a specific time and location, as indicated in this announcement.
Mandatory Use of Face Masks
- All interviewees must wear a face mask when entering the interview premises.
Identification Requirement
- Every interviewee must present a valid identification document.
- Acceptable forms of identification include:
- National ID (NIDA)
- Voter’s ID
- Work ID
- Citizenship ID
- Passport
- Driver’s License
- A letter of identification from the Local Government Authority (Mtaa/Kijiji).
Certification Requirements
- All interviewees must bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including:
- Birth Certificate
- Form IV & VI Certificates
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or higher qualifications (depending on the applicant’s qualifications).

- Provisional Results
- Statement of Results
- Form IV & VI Results Slips
Personal Expenses
- All interviewees will be responsible for their own transportation, meals, and accommodation.
Punctuality & Adherence to Schedule
- Each interviewee must strictly adhere to the assigned date, time, and venue for their interview.
Foreign Education Certification
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (e.g., TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
Unsuccessful Applicants
- Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the required criteria. They are encouraged to reapply when future job vacancies are announced.
Professional Registration & Licensing
- Applicants for positions requiring registration with professional boards must bring their original registration certificates and valid practicing licenses.
Exam Number Retrieval
- All interviewees must log in to their accounts and copy their exam numbers beforehand, as these will not be provided on the interview day.
Name Discrepancy
- Applicants whose names differ across documents must submit a sworn Deed Poll (for name change) registered with the Ministry of Lands.
