Notice for Job Appointment

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) wishes to inform all job applicants who attended interviews from 25th May 2024 to 19th December 2024 that the results for the successful candidates are now available.

The list of names also includes some candidates in the database who applied for various positions and have been assigned to job posts after positions became available.

Important Instructions for Successful Applicants

InstructionDetails
Collection of Appointment LettersApplicants who passed the interviews are required to collect their appointment letters from the PSRS Offices at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), Asha Rose Migiro Buildings within 7 days from this notice.
Delivery of Appointment LettersLetters not collected within 7 days will be sent to the recipients via postal addresses.
Reporting to EmployersSuccessful applicants are required to report to the designated employer as indicated in their appointment letters within the specified period, carrying their original certificates.
Verification of DocumentsApplicants must present original certificates starting from Form Four to higher education to ensure their authenticity before receiving the appointment letter.
Unsuccessful ApplicantsThose whose names do not appear in this notice are considered unsuccessful and are advised not to contact the Secretariat regarding the matter. They may reapply for future job vacancies.

Applicants collecting their appointment letters must bring one of the following identification documents:
