Job Title: Registered Nurse
Kitengule Hospital is seeking qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Registered Nurse.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and identifying patient needs, implementing and monitoring patient treatment plans, and ensuring that patient care is conducted according to hospital policies and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess and identify patient needs.
- Implement and monitor medical plans and treatments.
- Ensure all care is provided in line with hospital policies and standards.
General Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing or Midwifery.
- Valid registration with the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC).
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Strong adherence to health and ethical codes, especially under duress.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.
- Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
