Job Title: Medical Attendants
Kitengule Hospital, located in Tegeta, Dar es Salaam, is seeking to hire Medical Attendants to assist registered nurses in patient care.
Duties include helping with feeding, changing patients’ positions, providing sanitary rounds, and performing triaging.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must have a Form Four certificate
- Must possess an Assistant Nursing certificate
- At least one year of working experience
- Computer knowledge is an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Orienting and counseling clients
- Triaging patients
- Assisting disabled patients
- Bed making and dusting
- Assisting nurses with cannulation, dressing, injections, and vaccinations
- Performing any other duties as assigned

- Presentable and with good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
- Teamwork, good health, and fitness
- A sympathetic attitude towards patients
