Duties and Responsibilities

Dermatologist

• Diagnose and manage skin, hair, and nail disorders.
• Perform dermatological procedures and minor surgical interventions.
• Provide patient education on preventive skin care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with medical standards.

Ophthalmologist

• Diagnose and manage eye diseases and visual disorders.
• Perform ophthalmic surgical and non-surgical procedures.
• Prescribe appropriate medical treatments and corrective measures.
• Maintain proper patient records and adhere to professional standards of care.

Qualifications and Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD or MBS).
• Master of Medicine (MMed) in Dermatology or Ophthalmology from a recognized university.
• Valid practising licence issued by the Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT).
• Strong clinical judgment, ethical conduct, and excellent communication skills.
